LFBFC: Back-to-Back Champions!

The London Fire Brigade FC Veterans have done it again! In a fiercely contested final, LFBFC secured the @ESFL20 @Motor_Source Vets Championship with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Northwest Prison.

Taking on a strong and organised Northwest Prison side, LFBFC knew they were in for a tough contest. The match was a physical and tactical battle, with both teams pressing hard in search of an opening.

However, the breakthrough came in the first half, when S. Harris produced a moment of sheer brilliance. A wonder strike from distance left the opposition goalkeeper with no chance, giving LFBFC the lead and ultimately deciding the match.

Not only did S. Harris net the decisive goal, but his all-around performance earned him the Man of the Match award. His energy, composure, and leadership on the pitch ensured that LFBFC stood strong against relentless pressure from the opposition.

This win marks consecutive ESFL Vets Championships for LFBFC, reaffirming their dominance and determination in the competition. The squad’s teamwork, resilience, and fighting spirit were on full display, making this triumph even sweeter.

With another trophy added to the collection, LFBFC will be looking to continue their success in the upcoming seasons. The team’s dedication to excellence—both on and off the pitch—remains as strong as ever.
